inscription facile mais au moment du règlement il y a eu un bug comme si le paiement n'était pas accepté. Nous avons vérifiér notre compte bancaire et rien n'indiquait le paiement. Nous avons recommencé et reussi. Notre surprisd est arrivé ensuite nouz avonz reçu 4 vouchers. Nous avons donc payé 2 fois. J,ai envoyé une réclamation mais ne savais pas répondre à toutes les questions. je n'ai réussi à ouvrir tout que le jour de la visite.

La llegada al lugar fue bastante fácil en taxi, luego un poco de fila para el claustro pero todo bien agradable al entrar y con la cantidad de turistas limitado para disfrutar al maximo la experiencia

Getting the e tickets was very easy. The customer service was very good as they reached out asking if we had any questions and offered other site seeing tips. Entry was smooth without any problems.

J'ai passé une belle journée à visiter ces 2 lieux immanquables de Lisbonne. Cela valait le coup de prendre ses billets d'avance car il y avait beaucoup de monde! Seul regret : impossible de modifier l'heure de réservation une fois les billets achetés. Pour ma part, je me suis trompé en pensant réserver pour rentrer dans l'église du couvent vers la fin de la journée, sans réaliser que c'était pour la Tour de Belém.. J'ai demandé une fois sur place si je pouvais entrer plus tôt que l'heure de mon billet, mais l'agent à l'entrée a refusé :( J'ai donc fait pas mal d'aller-retours entre l'église et la tour... heureusement, les 2 ne sont pas trop éloignés l'un de l'autre!

The monastery is just stunning - the architecture and celebration of the exploration and the role of the monastery in that past time was really well presented throughout. We went later in the afternoon and it was a lovely temperature and had wonderful light for photos at that time. The line was quite long and disorganised to get in, but it moved relatively quickly in the end.

Der Innenhof ist schon wirklich sehr schön mit toller Architektur, aber doch recht klein. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat für uns nicht gestimmt. Aber anscheinend ist auch gerade Restaurierung (Stand September 2026)

Although the entry to the Maritime museum was a bit confusing, once inside we enjoyed the small but interesting collection. The Jerònimos Monastery experience was superb - the cloisters area was very beautiful.

The Monastery is closed between 9:30am and 1pm on October 24th and December 5th.
