In our 60's we were a bit worried about how easy this service would be to board and store luggage. Travelling from Rome train station to the airport, we considered alternatives but decided to give the Leornardo Express a go and are very glad we did. The service was on time, there was plenty of luggage space within view of the seats and it wasn't a mad crush to board, in fact, it was very calm and easy. Don't blow lots of cash on a private transfer or taxi. This is a quicker, more cost effective alternative.

Overall good, but I made a mistake when buying a ticket and they didn't give me the option to exchange or get a refund. The good thing is you don't wait in lines at the machines. Pay very close attention to the time, otherwise the ticket inspectors will fine you if you take one that doesn't match your ticket.

Great punctuality and very polite staff. I arrived at the station earlier than planned and asked a staff member if I could still take the train. She kindly and skillfully changed the time on my phone, allowing me to catch the earlier train. This saved me the €5 surcharge I would have had to pay if I had boarded without changing the time.

Going from Rome to airport about the same - you need to figure out what gate to enter through then where is the train. English sineage in train station is lacking. But... Most important it's a smooth ride in both directions - not a lot of views but good ride. It's worth it.
