The ride on the vaporetto to Murano and Burano was nice and smooth. The person at the ticket machine was helpful and we were directed to the correct line to take. Unfortunately the line was very long as a lot of people were going there as well. The people on the vaporetto were pleasant and some gave up their seats for us seeing that we were older. We had a wonderful time.

It was pleasant, we had plenty of time to sightsee and do some shopping, but the only thing that happened to me at the last stop: sitting on a bench waiting for the boat to arrive, I got up to drink from the fountain and forgot all my purchases on the bench. Who's the lucky one who got to keep them!!!!

This was the best idea for getting around Venice. Very convenient and regular rides. I thought the vaporetti may be crowded- some were and some weren't. We definitely got to see more of Venice this way.

Great service. I bought day tickets online, and as soon as we arrived in Venice, we went straight to the ticket machine, which dispensed our tickets after we entered the code received by email. We only used them to get around by vaporetto, and it was super convenient! Lots of vaporettos and clear directions. The only issue we ran into was the vaporetto from Rialto to the station, because it filled up entirely with locals while tourists were left waiting there. So maybe add a few more vaporettos on Saturdays and Sundays.
