Very simple to redeem tickets. Go to the machine by the vaporeto station, enter the code given when you buy the tix and the passes are redeemed. Second time we use them with no problem. Great.

Uncomplicated handling, contrary to what is stated in the description. It was not necessary to print out the booking. We got our tickets at the counter by showing our online booking. The staff on site and on the boat were friendly throughout. The trip was perfect

Registration for several people is easier than a single registration per person. You just need to know where to find a machine to print out the tickets. The description of how to obtain the cards is a little poor. You only know how to do it once you've done it before.
