Very convenient to embark and disembark wherever you want! I really liked it. And the translations are excellent in any language you want! Small problem: sometimes, the audio guide used another channel that I hadn't chosen. Apart from that, it was perfect and I totally recommend it!

Went solo and honestly, felt suuuper welcome right away. Staff at the kiosk had this energy, you know? Like, actually happy to help me—not just fake-smiling for tips. Got my ticket quick, barely waited. The tour itself zipped through Prague’s big sights, but didn’t feel rushed, which was NICE. Loved how the guide pointed out weird little details, like why all the statues have shiny noses. Learned way more than I thought I would in 90 mins. Heads up: can’t take pics in a couple of spots but most of the time, it’s cool. Def worth it if you want the highlights without wandering forever.

We did the tour as a family of four (kids 8 and 11) and they were surprisingly into it! Staff was super patient—even when our youngest kept asking about the weird animal statue by the river. There were a few moments we couldn’t hear the guide too well (maybe bring ur own earbuds?). Still, Prague is so PRETTY and you really get a good feel for the city fast. Weather was a bit chilly but didn’t ruin things. All in all, would recommend!

The river cruise was the best part but it was a very long walk from the bus stop. When we tried to hop back on the bus it was 20 minutes late. The audio guide did not work well.

I was satisfied with the ORGA right from the start. Nice staff, good explanations of the sights and a very varied timetable, including the Schoffstour. I will not come alone next time
