We bought the tickets online, went on the scheduled day, and the company's staff handed us our tickets and access codes at the designated location at Prague Castle. They're reliable. The castle is very beautiful; it's a great experience to learn about life in medieval times. I highly recommend it.

There was some confusion with the tickets. We were sent to the information desk, then they sent us to people just standing outside... after that, it was good. St. Vitus is gorgeous, as is the Golden Lane. The castle itself is alright, but nothing spectacular.

Once we found the place to collect the tickets it was a smooth experience. Quite baffled why all three members of the team need to take a break at the same time though, with no alternative to collect tickets during that time
