Hi! They sent us a QR code, but it was really hard to download the admission tickets, and the information and tourism desk couldn't help us. It was a little frustrating until I finally managed to access them and go see everything. You don't need to buy tickets in advance.

The tour was fantastic! Even with an intense heatwave, our guide, Peter, managed to make the visit both incredibly fun and extremely informative. There wasn’t a single dull or slow moment. Another really interesting detail was that this same Peter was one of the guides who toured Prague with Dan Brown while he was writing Secret of Secrets. As for the company itself, I also really appreciated the fact that they took the time to contact us to confirm whether we were still coming, since it was getting close to the start time and we still hadn’t reached the meeting point.

The tour of St Vitus was very informative. Unfortunately we missed the start of the tour. We assumed that the Prague Castle tour would start at the Prague Castle, unfortunately for us that's not the case! Had we read the directions we'd have seen that it starts at the Charles Bridge. One recommendation would be in the confirmation to highlight that the meeting point is Not The Castle. It sounds as though we weren't the first to experience this. The tour company did a good job reconnecting us with the group.

We had a great day and the audio app made the tour so much better. The background info was very informative and helped us gain an understanding of everything surrounding the castles history. Although we had a couple of initial hiccups with using the app and syncing it with locations, we soon got te hang of it and it seemed to flow well. Thank you.

As soon as we arrived at the meeting point, the staff greeted us and gave us our tickets and a map of the area, as well as a brief introduction to the buildings and their history. The audio guide is well done and explains very interesting facts about the different sites; it helps you get your bearings, and you always know where to go. I highly recommend it.
