A major convenience was the ability to purchase a ticket on the same day without having to reserve a specific entry time—you could enter at any time during the sites’ opening hours. The only thing I found lacking was more detailed information about the locations of the individual sites. I was exploring on my own, without a guide, and there were no clear signs on-site indicating where all the attractions covered by the ticket were located. It was easy to find only the most distinctive buildings. Despite this, the entire tour went smoothly. The day was full of excitement and beautiful views, and it was definitely worth visiting this place.

The highlight was the guide that gave us the tickets in the square and then an excellent overview of Czech history and the four places our tickets would give us access to. Given the size of the installations, it was surprising how little of them we actually had access to. We finished with the Gold Lane and were disappointed that they let us in (thus using our tickets) but that half of the rooms normally available to be seen were already closed for the day. They should have mentioned that we were wasting our tickets and suggested coming back the next day.

My wife and I came to Prague for the first time, and I’ve always been a huge fan of medieval history and castles in general. Of course, I couldn’t miss the chance to visit Prague Castle. I looked it up online, and buying tickets online was very convenient and secure. The next morning, we went straight to the castle, with no waiting and no red tape. The castle is incredible from the moment you enter; it’s a large complex that’s been excellently preserved. The most impressive part was the Golden Lane—it’s definitely worth a visit.

Experience was ok overall, the staff menber was nice and polite. I noticed though that the page with the guide kept login me out and I had to go back to the email repeatedly as I had no login details. Also there was no info regarding the need to bring your own headphones as I assume we were going to collect and drop back some device. That should be clearly be stated in the details section.

Prague Castle was amazing. Could easily spend 4+ hours there seeing all the buildings. The church is the highlight. It was very crowded so I suggest going early in the morning. The smartphone audio guide was a little glitchy. Get it all set up before you get there when you know you have strong wifi.
