It was a wonderful experience, and it was easy to spot the Headout guides thanks to the information provided when purchasing the tickets online. The guy who handed us the tickets for the various castle buildings gave us all the information needed to visit everything on our own (as we had chosen, otherwise there was the option to purchase the guided tour). Second time with Headout, and it confirms what a great service it is.

Just amazing! You can easily spend the whole day here. We bought our tickets online, and found the people with the blue umbrellas for our tickets, and then went on our way. Plan on at least half a day to see everything. There are several places for snacks and meals. It's crowded, which probably can't be avoided, but no matter. It's definitely a 'must do' experience.

My husband and I had such a great time on our Prague Castle tour! Our guide, Marcella, was smart, knowledgeable and friendly. She covered so much history in just a couple of hours and made it all easy to follow. We really enjoyed spending the morning with her and would absolutely book with Headout again when we're back in Prague!

Unfortunately, we were not informed in advance that the Old Royal Palace was closed due to the Czech National Day celebrations and that we wouldn't be able to use the tickets to the fullest extent. Prague Castle is always an experience—if only for its size. But compared to Malbork Castle in Poland, I found it rather disappointing.

Finding the tour guides at the obelisk is easy, but starting the headsets for the commentary didn't go smoothly, as there are more spots in the cathedral than the e-guide covers. We would recommend visiting the cathedral after 1:00 PM—it was significantly less crowded than in the morning.
