We booked this tour on our last in Prague and were so happy we did! Steve was our guide and was fabulous. He knew his stuff, had great and fun anecdotes, and a good sense of humor to boot. We had seriously considered skipping the Castle, dreading the walk up the hill and crowds; but then thought, "we're here, we need to see it". We opted for the exterior/interior skip the line guided tour, which included the tram ride up the hill. Very much worth it! The walk down and across the other bridge was easier and the views of the river and Charles Bridge were beautiful. Highly recommend this tour.

Our "small group" ended up being a rather large group as one of the other tour guides fell ill so they combined the two groups. Ross was our guide and came prepared with headsets so no one would miss any of his commentary. He was extremely knowledgeable about the history of the castle and pointed out little details in the architecture that I think many wouldn't notice. The pace was perfect and certainly starting the tour earlier in the day made difference as the crowds were getting rather large by end of our tour. I would highly recommend Ross for this tour.

I divide the experience into two parts, the guided tour which was really very good and the part we did inside the castle. I do not recommend the latter part. The places were so crowded that you could not even look at them, for example the alley of gold. And what you can visit of the castle is a very small part that does not allow to take dimension of the place. For the church there was a queue of more than 599 mts and we decided not to enter because the weather was very bad. I do not recommend it. Only the exterior is enough

Very well organised . We arrived at the meeting point and given tickets and instructions from Steve who was our guide. Steve. Was very knowledgeable and made the tour very interesting you could ask him anything and he knew the answer. I can't fault this tour it was worth every penny and the castle was fantastic so worth the visit.

In my purchase headphones were included. No headphones were available. Tour guide was polite and tried to explain many things but it was very hard to listen him to crowdy places. I will ask for a refund and i will sue your company for not respecting my purchase.
