Isaac is great! Clear and responsible! He end up didn't mind to go over time just to make sure showing us everything . However I found his talk is a bit too long which you may lose focus at the end

I ha 2 excellent guides. The first one explained the history of the castle with many details in English and in German. After this he answered all our questions. The second guide accompanied me alone to the clock tower and explained everything about it!

The tour was great. Get ready to climb a steep hill at first, but it nice you reach the top, the view are amazing. And the fun part is leaving since you are walking downhill.

Cruise was fine. Castle complex not so good. No access to the palace, only the cathedral, basilica and golden lane. Did not think it was worth the money. Cathedral was impressive from outside but everything was really dusty and dirty inside. Should have saved our money and gone for the dinner cruise rather than the day cruise and just visited the castle grounds.

The visit to the so-called castle fell short of my expectations. One room was closed. The guide was only there at the very beginning when we arrived to give us explanations about the construction of the castle. After that, you're on your own for the visit.
