We had a good experience. Was a little confusing at first and a tad little restless already coming from 14 hours flying and airport waiting. Initially tricky to understand the system for booking showers and massage however once settled became relaxed. We had booked the sit down meal which highly recommended - food was amazing! Shower rooms also great and helps make you feel refreshed. Would use again for sure

Fabulous thank you! Beautiful food and drinks. 10min neck massage was superb! The only thing I would ask is that people don't sit in the al a carte area with their phones on speaker and listening to their loud conversations was disruptive to what was a beautiful experience.

The entire staff was very friendly. The massage was very soothing after a long trip, and the shower makes you feel like you can go out in public again without thinking, “Oh my gosh, I stink.” The food selection was very extensive and delicious.

The hospitality was wonderful felt so cared for while there, made sure we were comfortable, well fed, hydrated and clean before our next big flight. Was a very rewarding experience after a long flight truly made all the difference 100% worth the money I will be going back every long haul flight.
