Pros: The staff were excellent, and the chairs were comfortable. It was a nice touch to provide blankets and pillows. The shower amenities were good, although the 30-minute time limit felt a bit rushed. The food and drink selection was solid, and the price for an 8-hour stay was very reasonable. Cons: The lounge was advertised as having loungers, but there were none in the Terminal 1 lounge, which was disappointing. While an à la carte option is available, hot meal service is limited—you can choose either breakfast or lunch during your stay, not both, which was restrictive for the 8 hour time period we were there. Definitely would book again when passing through HK Airport.

The stay at Premium First at Hong Kong Airport was first-class: great food and drinks, a refreshing shower, and a soothing massage. It was also very quiet, which was a welcome relief after a long flight. The absolute highlight was dining in the Infinity Room. The staff were also very friendly and attentive. Highly recommended and well worth the price!

The service at Plaza Premium Lounge was exceptional, we had a 3 hr visit booked , in that time we had a full dining service a shower a massage and a superb cocktail, we left totally recharged for a 10.5 hr final leg of our flight . In the future we would always include a visit to this Lounge in our trip .

Lovely area to relax, wonderful greeting as I checked in. Excellent shower and relaxing shoulder massage. Good choice of wines and spirits. Food lovely and well presented. I had a 6 hour turn around in HKG and chose this lounge to relax in. One thing that I would have like to see is a seat that reclined slightly as I didnt sleep on the 12 hour flight from London. Just to comfortably rest for half an hour in a reclined seat would have been an added bonus for me.

Stayed at the lounge on the way to Chongqing from Hongkong , been well looked after a lovely staff members . Lady called Venus she was very thorough and friendly when serving me and making sure that I've got everything that I needed. Very pleased staff and superb atmosphere, will definitely be back. Food was delicious , shower ans massage was a lovely treat .

Spent a few hours at the Plaza Premium first Lounge during a transit. The staff were very welcoming and professional. The lounge was clean, comfortable, and the buffet food was decent. It was a perfect, quiet place to relax before our next flight. Definitely worth it for a comfortable, stress-free wait

Staff were very good and helpful, however the size of lounge was very disappointing. Premium first class area was very small and tight with no area for recliining chairs to rest/sleep.
