Florence 5-Day Pass: Uffizi Gallery, Pitti Palace & Boboli Gardens Tickets

I knew Florence it's must see city, but now that i've experienced it for myself, seeing it's Galleries, Museums, the incredible art people left behind for centuries, im proud to be alive and to be a human beeing. As an actor, i feel inspired now, for it's art that makes you whole in it's purest form. Thank you for this amazing offer regarding the tickets. Keep doing great work, and inspire people in these hard times. You were very helpful, so i send you my love and gratitude.

The on-site service and helpfulness were great: we arrived too late, but were able to rebook our tickets for the next day. The on-site staff were very helpful. They immediately stepped in to ensure we got new tickets. The combination was just right for Florence.

The visit to the Uffizi Galleries and Pallazo Pitti/Bobolli Gardens was well worth it. Having pre-booked our tickets through Headout made the experience convenient and helped us make the most of our time. The attraction was wonderful, and I would definitely recommend it.

Everything went smoothly. However, we were surprised by the crowds during the off-season. Three things should have been pointed out during booking. If you want to walk through the Vasari Corridor, you have to book that separately. Where and how that is possible on Headout, I still haven't figured out. In addition, it would make sense to provide an audio guide not only for the Uffizi Gallery, but also for the Pitti Palace. Access to the additional rooms on the second floor of the Pitti Palace must also be booked separately with a specific time slot. Here too, I have no idea how that would have been possible through the website. Unfortunately, there is a lot of construction work going on in the Boboli Gardens, which takes away from the charm for quite some time, as it stretches across the entire garden. Headout obviously cannot do anything about the construction site. The other points, however, should be taken into account in the booking options.

Very good customer service. The local operator couldn't provide access on the requested date and time. Customer support helped us find another date with real human follow-up and not a bot, which was really nice. Access to the various sites was also easy with skip-the-line tickets. Experience in Florence. Yes, I recommend it.

Luckily I had booked tickets for a 5-day pass to Florence! We weren't the only ones who wanted to visit the Uffizi Gallery!!!! Very crowded, so having skip-the-line tickets is a real plus to make the most of the museums. What a pleasure, despite the crowd, to enjoy this magnificent place, to see the originals of all these master paintings and sculptures! It is essential to see them in real life, to see the brushstrokes, the softness of the marble, the amazing ceilings!!!! Without the skip-the-line tickets, with the heat, I don't know if we would have been able to visit it... I didn't get the skip-the-line ticket for the Duomo Cathedral and the incredible line in front of the building made us give up on the visit. The Pitti Palace! Another must-see wonder! The frescoes, the ceilings, the paintings, the atmosphere of the furnished rooms to discover, the magnificent chandeliers... everything is enchanting! Just one small hitch! The Boboli Gardens... luckily seen a few years ago. It is undergoing renovations, many sculptures are wrapped up, the noise of machinery, and the oppressive heat in the early afternoon (35° nonetheless) made us turn back after a few attempts to go up the paths, which are really very steep! We are returning delighted from our one-week stay in Florence 🙂 Have a great visit, future tourists... prepare your trip for the famous places that attract a lot of people and let yourself be swept away by the incredible surprises that this beautiful city offers us 🙂!
