I have been to the Picasso Museum in Barcelona and I saw the Picasso exhibition in the Tate Modern in London some years ago, but the experience at the Picasso Museum in Paris was special because of the vast collection covering the master's entire career which gave me more insight into his worldview and connections with other artists. The beautiful building housing the museum and the clever planning behind the way in which the permanent collection is displayed were delightful.

We spent almost three hours in this fabulous museum and didn't even realize it! To see so much Picasso in one place was incredible. And, because of the detailed nature of the audio tour, we learned so much more than we ever knew before about his work and his life. It was a fabulous afternoon.

The stately building alone is worth a visit, and Picasso's works speak for themselves! The rooftop café is also a great place to take a break.

What's not to enjoy? Spending time with one of the greatest artists who have ever lived is a. Magnificent experience. The museum is beautifully laid out - very spacious and conducive to viewing these masterpieces.
