As soon as we entered, we were greeted by Vijay who was extremely helpful and friendly. He gave us food recommendations, told us what route to follow, which activities to do first, joked around with us. Overall giving amazing customer service. Me and my two friends really enjoyed the water park and the rides. It did rain for an hour or two but as we were already wet, it was fine. I highly recommend this place for all ages, great service and great facilities. 5 stars 🤩:)

It was a great day. In the morning I was early for my 10am booking, so they let me go in the 9:30 group. There was plenty of time at the three stops and at 83rd floor there was a Cafe. Great view, a pity about the smoke from Indonesia which made it very hazy. Then on to the hop on hop off bus to KL Tower. This was also a great view and you could buy some drinks and snacks there. All pretty good value.

Maybe an idea to clean the outside surface of windows on the 86th floor. Practically impossible to make any photo because the camera focuses on spots on window. Also the light beams from one-two floors below point exactly into the lens of my camera. So while it is wonderful up there it is impossible save any picture memory of it. I will remember it anyways 😀😀😄😄

Really easy to book this outing to a truly amazing spot! The Petronas Twin Towers was an unique opportunity to see the city lit up at night. The Aquarium was a lot of fun and so close to the towers that it made for a convenient combination. Definitely recommend.

Visiting the Petrona Towers was a great experience that I will never miss. Disappointing was the misleading and totally wrong guidance of Headout how to get the tickets. Due to the wrong information we had a huge rush and nearly missed our slot.

You save money with the combo and these are highly recommended places to visit. Of course, transportation is not included, but the savings are guaranteed. Sunway Lagoon is spectacular and we had a great time, and the Petronas Towers left us fascinated. A perfect ten for this combo!
