Guests still need to queue up for the check-in process. All guests must be there 30 minutes before visit time for security checking and to queue for entry.
The driver will provide the entry ticket for the towers. Malaysian visitors must provide a photocopy of their MyKad, and foreigners must provide a photocopy of their passport.
Tickets are dated for a specific time slot, and punctuality is crucial for pickup and entry to avoid being denied entry to the Petronas Twin Towers.
All visitors, baggage, and personal items must pass through metal detectors at the security checkpoint.
