The management using Headout was very simple and convenient, everything was made easier, and there was no need to queue for a long time to buy tickets. However, the timing for the combo package needs to be explained more clearly. When I bought the 10 a.m. ticket, I went to Aquaria first and then to the Petronas Twin Towers. The staff informed me that I needed to arrive at the Petronas Twin Towers 15 minutes earlier. The ticket only stated one time slot for the Aquaria + Petronas Twin Towers combo. For improvement, perhaps Headout could suggest that customers visit the Petronas Twin Towers first according to the scheduled time, and then go to Aquaria afterward. But overall, everything was enjoyable and wonderful! an experience I’ll remember forever.

As a family of three (us plus our energetic 8-year-old), we were blown away by the Petronas Twin Towers—Kuala Lumpur's glittering crown jewels. The skybridge felt like walking on air (literally—it's wobbly on purpose!), and the exhibits below explained the towers' quake-proof design in fun, bite-sized facts that kept our kid engaged for 30 mins. Crowds were manageable mid-week, but pack water—it's toasty outside. Bonus: Suria KLCC mall below has veggie spots like Annalakshmi for a post-visit lunch. Unforgettable engineering wonder; we'll be back! 5 stars."

A marvellous Engineering fete mesmerised me and was spell bound while standing on the sky bridge.Being an Engineer myself could appreciate the mastermind behind the visionary and amount of efforts could have gone in making the structure.Amazing coordination and Project management gone in could be beyond imagination.Rewarding thoughtful addressing of every details.At the outset it's a Splendid man made project and stands Number ONE in the line of Number ones.It was a great time personally for visiting Petronas twin towers KL.

    I booked my Petronas Twin Towers tickets through Headout and the whole experience was very smooth. The booking process was quick, and I received the tickets instantly along with clear instructions on where to go and what to expect.     Glad we booked the Petronos Towers KL, in advance with Headout, due to crowds/ demand... BUT, the Combo - the Hop on Hop off was a mistake - cheaper to buy on the bus as we were seniors, the fare was priced for a child.

    First time visit Twin Tower Petronas with husband and friends. Well located aand good visit. The groups devided by visiting hour by purcahed tickets so people are not queuing. The staff is friendly and well informed.

    A great experience that exceeded my expectations. I was not sure if we were going to go up to the top floors and we did, almost on the top floor. Totally recommended.

  • The Petronas Twin Towers stand tall and proud at 452 meters off the ground. If you think the towers look impressive from the outside, wait till you’re inside! Zoom up in a high-speed, futuristic elevator that takes you to the 41st and 42nd floors, where the unique SkyBridge exists. The highest 2-story bridge in the world that connects the twin towers together is a true sight to behold! Go further up to the 86th floor where the observation deck promises panoramic views of the city you’ll cherish forever!
