We had a great time at the Petronas Tour. The views inside were as spectacular as seen when below. We booked our tickets via Headout - fast, easy confirmation with our QR codes and had clear instructions as well. Overall, glad we booked online on HO for a hassle free tour. Our family loved it!!

Loved the ease of booking in headout and redemption of voucher at the venue. A bit higher on price but I was not getting Petronas towers ticket anywhere else, so thank you Headout to save the day. Overall great memories I am going back with. Thankyou.

The management using Headout was very simple and convenient, everything was made easier, and there was no need to queue for a long time to buy tickets. However, the timing for the combo package needs to be explained more clearly. When I bought the 10 a.m. ticket, I went to Aquaria first and then to the Petronas Twin Towers. The staff informed me that I needed to arrive at the Petronas Twin Towers 15 minutes earlier. The ticket only stated one time slot for the Aquaria + Petronas Twin Towers combo. For improvement, perhaps Headout could suggest that customers visit the Petronas Twin Towers first according to the scheduled time, and then go to Aquaria afterward. But overall, everything was enjoyable and wonderful! an experience I’ll remember forever.

Visiting the Petronas Twin Towers was one of the highlights of our Malaysia trip. The entire experience was very well organized, from ticket entry to the guided flow inside the towers. Great experience. Plenty of time at each stop. Brilliant views of the city & for someone who doesn't like heights a safe situation. Nice to end at the cafe, again with excellent views. Highly recommended.
