To be honest, we were really excited to visit the zoo with the family, but the staff wasn't friendly at all. After paying a fortune for the tickets, they keep milking you for every little thing you buy—food, drinks, and so on—and the facilities and animals were very neglected. We didn't have a good time; it was an unpleasant experience. Even our little girl noticed, and since she has a school field trip there next month, she's said she doesn't want to go back.
