In 2023, we bought tickets to Warner Park in Madrid through Headout. Right before our visit, we got sick and couldn’t go. Three years went by without us using it, and yesterday we were finally able to redeem that credit for new tickets to the Madrid Amusement Park. One advantage is that the credit can be redeemed for any destination or experience available on the Headout website—not just the original event—since they operate worldwide. The entire process was simple and hassle-free, despite the time that had passed. I recommend them 100%. We’re very grateful for their flexibility and excellent service.

It was simply an amazing day at Warner Park Madrid. Right from the moment we entered, everything ran smoothly and efficiently, making for a very pleasant experience from the very first minutes. My visit to Warner Park was very easy thanks to buying tickets on Headout. We arrived at the park and they easily scanned the code I’d downloaded via email. Once inside, we enjoyed the wildest and fastest roller coasters, didn’t get dizzy on the simulators, and relaxed in the park’s beautiful setting. Highly recommended for young people visiting Spain.

Great day out. Queues almost non existent and rides some of the best we've been on. Water vending machines available everywhere and drinking water taps at every toilet area. Ticket process was just on entry- straightforward as you could want. Loved our day.

Great staff, very organised and well put together park. Could do with a new major thrill ride. Food was great, not much to complain about, but could have a more shaded seating areas and queue lines

I loved it—it was even better than I expected. The roller coasters were awesome, and there were hardly any lines. The play area was beautiful, and we had a great lunch. I'd definitely come back someday.
