The water park features fun and thrilling attractions. Open from noon to 8 p.m. Picnicking is allowed in certain areas of the park. From Madrid, we took bus 627 from the Moncloa Metro stop, and it dropped us off right in front of the park. Very convenient. There were five of us. The ticket cost us 25 euros, and the family locker—where we were able to store three backpacks—cost us 12 euros. The park’s latest attraction is incredible. Thrills guaranteed! The staff is professional, friendly, and helpful. We had a great time. 137 euros for five people, including the locker, not counting transportation—that’s a significant expense. Family discounts would have been appreciated. I recommend it.

In 2023, we bought tickets to Warner Park in Madrid through Headout. Right before our visit, we got sick and couldn’t go. We contacted Headout, and without any hassle, they exchanged our tickets for a credit in the same amount we had spent. Three years went by without us using it, and yesterday we were finally able to redeem that credit for new tickets to the Madrid Amusement Park. One advantage is that the credit can be redeemed for any destination or experience available on the Headout website—not just the original event—since they operate worldwide. The entire process was simple and hassle-free, despite the time that had passed. I recommend them 100%. We’re very grateful for their flexibility and excellent service.

The process was very simple and hassle-free. There were plenty of staff members available to assist customers, even though there weren’t many people there considering it was a weekday. Even so, everyone was very friendly and eager to make things easier for customers so we could have a pleasant and fun-filled day.
