The cruise is great; there are audio guides in every language available at the covered seating areas, and all the relevant details are also announced in three languages: English, French, and Spanish. That said, don’t expect an exclusive trip, since it’s a massive experience—the boats have a capacity of 600 people, and we had to wait almost an hour to board, herded along like sheep.

The journey was very nice, you are guaranteed to see remarkable landmarks and monuments that really tell a story about Paris since 15th century. However, there is a long waiting line regardless of pre booking that should be taken into account, but the next part was too good, definitely recommend this.

Yes..it makes our trip to Paris more enjoyable..shouting and cheering under every other bridges, spectacular views and attractions and waving to the people on the other boat and people stay beside the river

It was our 50th wedding anniversary and you can't get a more romantic moment than a slow cruise down the Seine! Boarding was very organized and the staff were all pleasant. We found a seat in the top of the boat and were able to easily see the sights as we passed. The guide gave us small details about each location and directed us by number to an audio guide with more information about each. It was a very pleasant cruise!

The cruise (we chose the one with macaron tasting) was truly wonderful: before setting off, we stopped by the small macaron shop mentioned in the information, where we picked out some macarons and meringues to enjoy during the ride. The cruise lasts one hour and includes an audio guide, conveniently accessible via QR codes, which was well done. I recommend taking the cruise at dusk: everything becomes wonderfully romantic and relaxing.

Loved the experience! We arrived at the queue 30 minutes early, and although there was a huge line, it flowed really quickly once they let us board. The crew was also very helpful and funny. I would definitely go again! Regarding the souvenirs, we just had to go to the shop and show our tickets to pick up the macarons. No problems whatsoever.

The boat ride was nice, and the boat was modern, but the macarons they promised were nowhere to be found, and no one knew anything about them. If that’s the case, just don’t offer them—it makes you feel like you’re being taken for a ride!!
