Beautiful stained glass. I would have liked more information about it, the design and the process. There were discussions of which scenes from the bible you were seeing (of course the ones very high up where "lost" in terms of understanding them from a distance). Not the easiest place for someone with mobility issues. You have to climb (and descend) some very tight spiral staircases to see the chapel. And of course, even with tickets, it is quite crowded. I thought it interesting that you actually go through another chapel(?) or whatever that is/was to get to St. Chappell. It looked interesting in its own right, but now is mostly a gift shop. I'm glad I saw it, realistically it doesn't take much more than an hour from start to finish. Ticket lines are pretty well organized, although they sometimes admitted those who had not purchased advanced tickets before those of us who had. If they hadn't done this, the crowds might of been less.

The timed entry line wasn't too long we arrived 10 mins before the allocated time slot and it moved along at the correct time. The unallocated ticket line was extremely long and it was not even peak season so I would recommend organising in advance which I did about a month before we arrrived in Paris, it just takes out the stress and allows you to time manage your visit to Paris itself if you know in advance where you are going to be. The renovation on the Chapel is complete and although it is always busy this doesn't take away from the experience the stained glass windows and the ceilings are awe inspiring not to be missed in my opinion.

Beautiful venue - poor signage and no one who worked there was offering info about where to go next. Also, out of 4 women's bathroom stalls in the toilets, three of them were not available/workng. What do they use the money everyone pays for?

The venue certainly exceeded my expections in terms of its artistic and historic significance. Though many people were in the chapel it never felt overcrowded, so I felt comfortable lingering and really observing the sapce and all its details. My only criticism (minor) is that the site could use better signage - especially at the entry. Many of us with advance tickets were confused about which line was ours.

No doubt it is a nice place. However, ticket price felt too high given there are only two chambers to visit in the venue

Sainte-Chapelle

Situated proudly on the Ile de la Cite, this intimate chapel, a UNESCO World Heritage site, was consecrated on April 26, 1248. Commissioned by King Louis IX to house his collection of religious relics, including Christ’s Crown of Thorns, this Gothic chapel is renowned for its 15 stunning stained glass windows. These windows depict 1,113 scenes from the Old and New Testaments, with one panel prominently featuring King Louis overseeing the relocation of the Relics to Paris. The chapel's stained glass windows are among the most remarkable in the world. They depict scenes from the Bible, including the Old Testament, the Passion of Christ, and the Book of Revelation.

Orangerie Museum

The Orangerie Museum hosts a collection of Impressionist and Post-Impressionist paintings. While Monet's grand Water Lilies steal the show, there's much more to explore. Housed in a historic orangerie in central Paris, the museum boasts an abundance of Monet's works in a beautifully lit and spacious environment.

Key artworks from the museum's collection include Claude Monet's "Water Lilies," Pierre-Auguste Renoir's "Gabrielle and Jean," Amedeo Modigliani's "The Young Apprentice," and Paul Cézanne's "Pommes et biscuits."
