The attention of the staff in Paris, their professionalism, their helpfulness. Unfortunately, the whole online booking process was a disaster! I paid €110 for a "so-called" combo ticket for two people for the tower and the Arc de Triomphe with a guided tour, going to the top of the Eiffel Tower. It turned out that I only had one ticket for the Eiffel Tower. I had to buy another ticket for €25. When I arrived, there was only ONE ticket to the top, so I had to pay an extra €20. TOTAL €145. I don't see where the discount is.

I had very good experience and enjoyed visiting L'Arc de Triumph. There was no crowd at the time I went, entry was smooth, stairs that are leading to the top are very cosy for climbing. Views from the top is amazing really and I couldn't stop looking, especially over the Avenue Champs-e'Lysees and towards the Eiffel Tower. Weather was not perfect but there was no rainfall, only some clouds in the sky so everything was, really, more than good experience.

Great price, the most beautiful activities in Paris. At the Eiffel Tower, we had a guide who explained the whole history to us, and it was a pleasure to go with her. The view was superb from both the first and second floors. We went to the Arc de Triomphe in the evening, and the city looked absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend it.

No more tickets were available on the Arc de Triomphe's official website, whereas Headout made it possible to obtain them. Fortunately, the queue at the ticket office was impressive. Nevertheless, you have to A bit of a queue to get through the security gates, but the view from the top is well worth it.

There was a huge line, but we got in in like a minute. The Pantheon itself was a phenomenal site to witness. Also in the crypts there was a lot of groups of youth who were talking about milestones of people who sleep there forever now. It just made me believe in future a little bit more!

Arc de Triomphe

Rising at the center of Place Charles de Gaulle, the Arc de Triomphe commemorates French military history and offers panoramic city views from its rooftop. Skip the ticket line and start your visit with a climb to the mezzanine museum.

Mezzanine museum: Discover interactive exhibits detailing the monument’s history and significance.

Rooftop access: Climb 242 steps (or use the elevator to the mezzanine) and 42 more to reach the rooftop, where digital guides reveal the stories behind Paris’s skyline.
