What to bring

• Footwear: Wear comfortable, closed running shoes suitable for take-off and landing.

• Sun protection: Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat, as you'll be outdoors during the experience.

• Comfortable clothing: Wear comfortable clothes suitable for an outdoor activity.

Accessibility

• Age requirement: Guests must be at least 14 years old to participate.

• Height requirement: Guests must be no taller than 2.2 m.

• Weight requirement: Guests must weigh no more than 110 kg.

Additional information

• Duration: The tandem paragliding experience lasts approximately 1 hour.

• Operating season: Flights operate year-round, subject to weather conditions.

• Take-off point: Your flight takes off from Signal Hill or Lion's Head, depending on the wind direction.

• Landing point: Flights from Signal Hill land opposite Winchester Mansions Hotel in Sea Point, while flights from Lion's Head land in front of the Bungalow in Clifton.

• Weather policy: Paragliding is weather dependent. High winds, poor visibility, rain, and low clouds can delay or cancel flights. If conditions don't improve and you cannot reschedule, you'll receive a full refund.

• Standby: In poor weather, operations may be placed on standby while the team monitors conditions and provides updates.

• Rescheduling: Consider booking early in your trip so there's time to reschedule if weather conditions prevent your flight.

• Spectators: Guests are welcome to accompany participants. They can watch the take-off from Signal Hill or Lion’s Head, or wait at the relevant landing point.

• Operator liability: The operator is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred due to weather-related delays or cancellations.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
