A really nice experience—be sure to buy tickets online, though, and have them handy on your phone, since they’ll ask for them at each stop. The views and the atmosphere are fantastic. The best part is the sunset and seeing the beautifully lit river at night. The lines on the way back are long, but they move quickly. It’s totally worth it!!

We planned ahead by buying our tickets in advance. The result? It was easy, super fast, and we avoided the lines. A real treat with kids. The staff on site is really friendly, welcoming, and well-organized. When we arrived at the top for sunset, we were treated to the wonderful surprise of a DJ set! The atmosphere was incredible, and the music was perfect for the moment. The view is breathtaking—probably one of the most beautiful in the world. Combining this legendary panorama with a great musical atmosphere just as the sun was setting... it was simply magical.

I bought the tickets a little worried that it might be a scam, because I’d never bought anything online from another country before—I’m Chilean and usually come here on vacation, and I always buy tickets right there on the spot— I was worried at first because I only received the reservation confirmation but the tickets hadn’t arrived yet. Then, after about an hour, they arrived in my email, and when I got to Sugarloaf Mountain, everything went very quickly with the codes. An incredible experience! The ride on the Sugarloaf Mountain cable car was one of the highlights of our trip. Check-in was very quick, and everything was very well organized. The park is beautiful, very well maintained, and the views from the cable car are simply spectacular. It’s a place that exudes a sense of tranquility and lets you enjoy an unforgettable landscape.
