That was absolutely wonderful experience! The only minus was no indication to go to change the vaucher to the real ticket and ask the ticket officer where to wait a guide. The map indication with the guide was wrong and quite a stress to understand what to do and how to find the group. The excursion itself was amazing! The information and visual experience was on the top! Thanks to the museum professionals!!!!

Animated guide was excellent and had passion and great insight. The spaces were interesting to see. Thank you for the opportunity to give you some feedback. We did indeed have a problem with our booking. The instructions in the booking confirmation we’re not clear. We were 15 minutes early for our reservation and there was no one to greet us. We expected a Guide to be waiting for us. We were very confused and stressed. My recommendation is that your instructions should have stated the following: “Proceed to the ticket office to collect your tickets. The Ticket office will give you instructions on where to meet your Guide. ” Thank you you have a good day

One thing to note is that you need to go to the ticket office first, show your head out ticket, and then you will receive a paper ticket for the secret passages and a paper ticket for the museum . The ticket office will also give you a location of where to meet your guide. The secret passages tour is well worth doing. You see hidden rooms , paintings and narrow spiral staircases within the palace walls, all described very well by the guide. The last stop before the museum is the beautiful ballroom. There's lots of information to absorb but it's worth it .

Julia was an outstanding guide. She is clearly very passionate about the history of Florence and was able to bring the Palazzo Vecchio and its secret passages to life.
