Despite the crowds, the time slots allow you not to queue. All the attendants really nice, except one really rude and arrogant blond lady. Maybe it was an off day.View original review in ItalianVincenzo

Good experience, Florence full of art. Old palace beautiful but there are more beautiful monuments in the city. Only flaw in the ticket tour is that audio guide would have been included but at the appropriate time the headout app did not give it to me. Didn't actually need the reserved time ticket as there was no line when we arrived but with only a short visit in Firenze I didn't want to risk missing out. They let us in early and we explored the museum on our own. It is very impressive! The art and architecture are beyond belief and have held up so well over the years. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Tickets were easy to acquire and entry was very simple. Palazzo Vecchio was a beautiful and interesting place to explore.

Good to have a time slot and not worry about long waits. Lots of grandure and art ,and frescoes.Great main hall ,well worth a visit if in Florence
