We appreciated being able to enter the Arnolfo Tower as soon as we arrived, ahead of the time indicated on the ticket. Climbing the steps was made easier by intermediate stops/platforms with beautiful views of Florence, which rewarded our efforts.

what's not to love about this - the easiest of climbs, great value and - the best view of Florence you can get! Amazing views from the top of this beautiful city. Only one comment on any improvements - the instructions to start were not very clear to understand and we looked around in the Square for someone we thought we would have to meet before the climb - but all we had to do was go in the building and look for the starting place. To know that in the guide would be more helpful. Wonderful experience and will recommend to everyone!

Due to bad weather I was unable to make the full visit to the Arnolfo Tower. It would have been courteous to refund the ticket or give availability for another visit
