Arriving at the Palazzo Vecchio Tower, the staff were friendly and our PDF tickets on my phone from headout were quickly acknowledged and scanned. Getting the tickets in advance and avoiding lining up was very convenient. The tickets arrived in my email account about two hours after making a online purchase, with all the informaton I required. The tower was wonderful and as the number of people are limited we had the place to ourselves. Great views and easier to climb than the Duomo di Firenze.

It's great not to have to queue for tickets. On the other hand, when we went up to the tower, we learned that we couldn't get into the last section because of the rain, so we couldn't reschedule the visit or get a partial refund. We went up to the first level, which offers an interesting view of the city and the Duomo.

Everything about the museum was amazing, I'm glad we did not skip it during our trip. The room of geographical maps was my favorite exhibit.
