Wir hatten die Kombi Villa und Parlament gebucht. Die Kommunikation und Organisation hat bei beiden Touren perfekt geklappt. Besonders dankbar waren wir, dass bei der Villa auf uns gewartet wurde, obwohl wir deutlich zu spät waren. Nochmals Danke dafür! Es war das erste, aber bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal mit Headout

My guide complained about not answering my phone about 10 minutes before the meet area. I wasn't checking my phone, but I arrived at the meet area exactly at the time designated and didn't hold anyone up. Also I don't feel the value was justified. I thought the guide was actually going to conduct the tour. The only purpose of this it appeared was handle bringing the group inside and fetching the tickets, and for that, ended up paying over 3x the cost of getting it myself. Yes, the process to getting a ticket is weird where you had to call 24 hours in advance which was hard to do on the weekend. The tour itself was only about 35 minutes when it was said it would be an hour. Much of that hour was spent waiting around in the lobby area.

Please note: A passport or valid ID card is necessary to enter the Palace of Parliament. Driver's license is NOT accepted regardless of the country coming from. If you are not in possession of one of the two mentioned documents, your tour will be automatically canceled.
You need to arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes before the tour starts.
This tour is not wheelchair accessible.
Photography is allowed (no flash and tripods).
