Ioana was very helpful with the organisation and taking us to the parliament building. The guide inside was also helpful, but he was in a rush and so the tour itself lasted only 30 minutes.

We had booked the villa and parliament combination. The communication and organization worked perfectly for both tours. We were particularly grateful that they waited for us at the villa, even though we were clearly too late. Thanks again for that! It was the first, but definitely not the last time with Headout

My guide complained about not answering my phone about 10 minutes before the meet area. I wasn't checking my phone, but I arrived at the meet area exactly at the time designated and didn't hold anyone up. Also I don't feel the value was justified. I thought the guide was actually going to conduct the tour. The only purpose of this it appeared was handle bringing the group inside and fetching the tickets, and for that, ended up paying over 3x the cost of getting it myself. Yes, the process to getting a ticket is weird where you had to call 24 hours in advance which was hard to do on the weekend. The tour itself was only about 35 minutes when it was said it would be an hour. Much of that hour was spent waiting around in the lobby area.

The attraction was amazing. Absolutely brilliant day and evening spent there. Tickets were easy to buy and entrance etc was well signed and easy to access considering we didn't understand the language.
