The whole experience at Thermae, from the services offered to the staff, was of top quality and absolutely value for money. As for the ticketing service, top marks for the immediacy and accuracy in the response I receive to a query I had.

We chose this combined package of entrance to the spa and the Palace of Parliament as we did not have much time available in Bucharest and it was an excellent opportunity to save money and waiting time at the entrances. We planned to enter the Parliament on a date that later turned out to be unavailable due to institutional commitments of the venue. The Headout organization contacted us in good time suggesting that we schedule the visit on another date or replace it with another event. We agreed for other date and everything went smoothly. Although we knew in advance that the visit to the Parliament would be reduced to a few rooms, there remains some disappointment that the tour was quite short in comparison to the majesty of the building and the vast history contained therein! This, however, is the general rule, even if one were to purchase the ticket at the entrance to the palace. The Baths are worth visiting, and if you don't have too many days to spend in the city the 4.5h package is enough to tour the entire facility (I recommend full package for all areas). The Baths are well connected to the center via buses, which are moreover punctual and very cheap compared to the ticket in Italy!

Extremely well organised, especially when it comes to the communication upfront (where and when to meet, what to bring etc).

Ioana was very helpful with the organisation and taking us to the parliament building. The guide inside was also helpful, but he was in a rush and so the tour itself lasted only 30 minutes.

We had booked the villa and parliament combination. The communication and organization worked perfectly for both tours. We were particularly grateful that they waited for us at the villa, even though we were clearly too late. Thanks again for that! It was the first, but definitely not the last time with Headout

My guide complained about not answering my phone about 10 minutes before the meet area. I wasn't checking my phone, but I arrived at the meet area exactly at the time designated and didn't hold anyone up. Also I don't feel the value was justified. I thought the guide was actually going to conduct the tour. The only purpose of this it appeared was handle bringing the group inside and fetching the tickets, and for that, ended up paying over 3x the cost of getting it myself. Yes, the process to getting a ticket is weird where you had to call 24 hours in advance which was hard to do on the weekend. The tour itself was only about 35 minutes when it was said it would be an hour. Much of that hour was spent waiting around in the lobby area.

The attraction was amazing. Absolutely brilliant day and evening spent there. Tickets were easy to buy and entrance etc was well signed and easy to access considering we didn't understand the language.

I liked the bar that serves cocktails in the pool, and I didn't like instead the fact that my girlfriend wears a bathing suit with some kind of skirt over it and had to take it off, I don't understand what bothered her. Otherwise everything was nice, especially The Palm area, because slide area and saunas did not interest us.

The guide was outstanding. Knowledgeable and passionate, and an inspiration. If all young people in Romania have her vision and empathy then the future will be bright.

It really is a spa with a very good atmosphere, ideal for a good day. The only downside is that the jets, bubbles, etc. are not constantly running.

Lawrence was a good guide, knowledgeable, interesting stories, i spend my time with pleasure and I got information about the history of the Parliament house and Romanian history. Excellent.

The tour did feel a little rushed but you have to consider that this is a working Government building so they are limited. With that said, what we were shown was very impressive and our guide was clear and informative, even though he was disrupted by other workers carrying food trays around! I would still recommend the tour to everyone.

What I liked the most is the organization the division of the areas the management of the areas also the possibility of the services including the charging of cell phones or the weapons adjectives customized

I enjoyed all the activities provided. The place is beautiful and visitors have various options regarding meals and more.

Pleasant day as absolutely not to be missed. The spa turns out to be very well managed and organized. It is divided into 3 sectors: Galaxy, The Palm and Elysium. In the first one there are various slides and it is frequnted by families with children. I personally did not feel the presence of the large number of people attending the spa. It is worth buying the ticket that allows you to enter liberally everywhere without time constraints, the price difference is minimal. The spa can be reached easily from Bucharest by two buses: the number 100 that takes you to the airport and then the 442 allat a cost of 3 lei. You pay quietly by credit card on the bus.

Really a beautiful experience. In nice weather walking in the pool from inside to outside without going outside is wonderful. Fun slides.

The guide at the Parliament was excellent, she knew all about the history of the building and the country. Her explanations and personal stories were of great value to us.

Very nice spa. It certainly doesn't shine for hygiene, but that's also understandable given that many bars are literally dentor the peaches (the pros and cons of this). The waterslide area is also a lot of fun for adults; they offer many types of water slides. The biggest flaw: I booked and paid for the FULL package with you (it said to provide access to all areas and 5 euros extra for supplies) but actually one of us was charged extra for one area, and we all had to pay handsomely for rental supplies (slippers and bathrobes, which then get mixed up in the welter of people and swapped out yuck). Supplies what did you mean? You need to be clearer. The inability to rent or reserve a crib makes one a little uncomfortable. Overall, the facility is very nice, and fun.

I liked the spa regardless. One could do different activities in many ways. Having purchased the ticket in advance turned out to be an advantage.

A very complete spa with very different areas and restaurants inside. All very clean and well cared for, highly recommended.
