Having visited a couple of Terme spas in Milan and San Pellegrino, I can say with full confidence that this was the best spa experience I have had! The check-in process was seemless. Your locker key is a waterproof wristband that doubles as your access keycard and transaction record. No need to take your phone into the pool to pay at the bar! Just tap in the moment and pay when you leave the facility at the end of the day. The spa area itself is beautiful, with plenty of lush plants creating a jungle effect. The high glass ceiling reflects the pool lights at night, shining like stars above you while you sip a cocktail and float. There are plenty of loungers and daybeds. Bars available in all areas, and a wide variety of saunas for Elysium access visitors. My friends and I spent the whole day from 11am to 9pm and always found something to do. I recommend bringing a book, headphones, and an appetite for relaxing!

Great time at the spa. I will be bringing the kids along next time. Only thing is the sunbed situation. I feel there should be an option to rent a bed rather than first come first serve. It wasn't a killer to our day but it would have been nice to be able to chill out on one. We went to a Thai infusion restaurant which was nice, waited abit but the food was fresh and presented great. I would definitely recommend going back during the weekday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Was told its not as busy those days. We got all the day all access ticket but only used the spa area and were completely satisfied.

I booked this spa for my friend's 50th. We did an extreme day out. We flew over and got on the bus and it drops you off outside the spa (8minute journey) when we entered the receptions answered all our questions with great detail, explained how it all worked. The staff were very friendly, everything was easy enough to find. You are given a wrist band to buy drinks and food with and then before you leave you tap the wrist band and pay your bill. We had the best day. We was there from 11.30am until 7.30pm and we said we wished we did longer. I would 100% go back.

Truly an experience to relive and, above all, to enjoy whenever you want to escape everyday stress. A place to savor hour after hour. The facility is truly incredible in every way—its spaciousness, cleanliness, organization, and, to top it all off, tasting everything offered across the various restaurants, from savory international dishes to local delicacies, right through to the vast selection of desserts (the only, very minor drawback is that the prices are slightly high). I hardly know how to describe it, but it is certainly worth returning!

Wonderful amazing venue for a great relaxing full and I mean full day. The booking was easy, the checkin was well organised,, towels and bathrobes were hired very cheaply. One check in you were given a watch which you then use for everything - your designated locker, buying food drinks and any extra services you require, very easy then just hand in watch and pay at end of day which can be a late one. All staff very friendly and amazing. Pools, saunas etc were very clean. Definately recommend to everyone from young to old.

A real pleasure: coming all the way from France (Lyon) and making a detour to Bucharest Therme—I highly recommend it. You never get tired of it, and it does you a world of good. I recommend it, and I'm ready to make a round trip just to come back for a quick weekend. On the other hand, I looked for the hammams and couldn't find them, but it's so huge, beautiful, and relaxing that it doesn't even matter. So go check it out soon!

An amazing and super relaxing experience: it really feels like being in the tropics, surrounded by hundreds of real palm trees, incredibly warm water, and the essential cocktail sipped right at the pool bar. The organization is impeccable, the cleanliness is top-notch, and the half-day duration is perfect for unplugging and enjoying the saunas and hot tubs in total peace. A fantastic experience that I recommend to anyone visiting Bucharest. I would go back in a heartbeat!
