We booked a family tour to Ouzoud and we had an amazing private trip. We're punctually picked up by Ossman a super kind, friendly and caring driver who made our journey relaxing. We had a tour by Said a friendly guide and took us to a restaurant were we had a very tasty lunch, were everyone one just wanted to make out visit even more and more pleasant. And last but not least, loving to promote & contribute with small local companies, avoid booking with other big companies as Get Your Guide & Viator as it's abusive commission what they charge. So can't recommend enough this tour and the agency which was always helpful when organizing this trip and made pur holidays so special

An incredible experience! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The welcome was warm and very professional; we felt at ease right away. The hot air balloon ride was simply magical, with stunning scenery and a unique sense of calm. The day was very well organized, from the moment we were picked up at the hotel until we returned. The driver was very pleasant, and the guide was really interesting. The short hike is definitely worth it. The times listed aren’t quite accurate: it’s more like a 10-minute boat ride than 30 minutes. And once we got there, we stayed for a total of 3 hours and 15 minutes. The restaurant is very good, and we were warmly welcomed.

Our guide, Mohammed, was great; he took the time to explain everything to us and didn't make us stop at every tourist trap. However, we didn't take the boat tour because there were way too many people waiting in the blazing sun.

We had a great driver (Zakaria) who took us from Marrakech to Ouzoud (about a 2.5-hour drive), which played a big part in making the trip enjoyable. Our guide Brahim tried to keep things lively with his cheerful attitude. Unfortunately, we sometimes had trouble understanding him due to his grammatical and conjugation errors. He was also too insistent on getting a 5/5 rating on GetYourGuide (which we didn't give him). He's very good, but forcing people to give him a 5/5 rating displeased more than a few people, so I would say he deserves a 4/5.

The tour starts at 8:00am and returns between 7:00-7:30pm. Actual return time may vary due to traffic or weather

Drive duration: 3 hours each way (150km from Marrakesh) with scheduled breaks

Time at falls: Approximately 4 hours, including 1.5 hours of guided hiking

Pickup: Available from your hotel or riad in Marrakesh. If your accommodation is not accessible by car, a nearby meeting point will be arranged.
