Accessibility

• This activity is not stroller and wheelchair-accessible.

• Participants who have medical and physiological limitations must first obtain approval from a doctor before participating in the activities. This activity is not recommended for anyone with certain medical conditions such as high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.

• A minimum level of fitness is required to participate in this experience.

Important Information

• Facilities: Restrooms, Parking, Prayer Rooms.

• Children aged 12 and below must be under the supervision of their guardian at all times.

• It is required of all participants to fill out the disclaimer form before starting any activity. Children aged 18 and below must get the signature of their parents or guardians on the form.

Restrictions

• The experience is restricted for guests weighing more than 100kg and shorter than 110cm.

• Strict dress code: Wearing sandals or slip-off shoes is not allowed. Ankle-supporting shoes are recommended. Long hair must be tied back at all times, and body piercings shall be removed or properly taped over for safety. Loose clothing, dangling items, jewelry, straps, and all head outfit (used for religious purposes) shall be properly and neatly kept.
