First of all, thanks to the app, I had the chance to visit Ouzoud and the waterfall. I really enjoyed it—it was my first time there. The boat ride was beautiful, and the guide was super friendly and helped us explore the area.

The tour was perfect! The meeting point was right near our riad, just a 5-minute walk away. Our driver, Ayoub, was wonderful—he gave us a warm welcome, drove superbly, shared lots of information, and was very kind, cheerful, and professional. The various stops were also great: the different viewpoints to admire the scenery and take photos, and the various shops. Our mountain guide, Ibraim, was top-notch: professional, caring, and helped people get up or down if they were having trouble. The meal by the Ourica River was unique. I would gladly recommend this activity. Thank you all.

The garden was amazing. It was easy to book and easy to recover the tickets via the app. It's to arrive on time as, although you can stay for as long as you like, they have half hour time slots for arrival and it gets busy. We went for an 8:00 start and it was still quite busy even it wasn't fully booked for that slot. The place is meticulously maintained by grounds keepers and gardeners and there are security guards ensuring flow of foot traffic through the garden. It's extremely well organised and kept. I highly recommend it!

The day went really nice and smooth. We only booked our trip the day before, but had confirmation on the evening and communication from our driver to confirm the pick-up time. We got upgraded to a private trip as there were 6 of us, which was so much nicer with children. The walk up to the waterfall was great fun and the guide we had was brilliant with our very chatty son. I thought the price was also really good in comparison to the hotel excursions. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved visiting Jardin Majorelle. The garden is incredibly beautiful, peaceful, and full of vibrant colors. The famous blue walls, exotic plants, and lovely atmosphere made it a truly special experience. Everything was well organized, and it was one of the highlights of our trip to Marrakech. Highly recommended!

Great guide—a wonderful day full of discoveries! It was a pleasure to explore the valley with Said. The restaurant was very good, though it was a bit of a letdown that drinks weren’t included in the package and had to be paid for… So our meal was cut short by the bees. The tour guide gave us great advice for exploring the valley.

  • Embark on a full-day adventure combining Atlas Mountains exploration with Marrakesh's most iconic botanical garden.

    Getting Started

Begin with morning pickup from your Marrakesh hotel or riad in a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle. Your multilingual guide will accompany you on the scenic 60-90 minute drive through changing landscapes toward the Atlas Mountains. The tour typically starts with the Ourika Valley portion before returning to Marrakesh for your Jardin Majorelle visit in the late afternoon.

    What to Expect

    Ourika Valley & Atlas Mountains

The Ourika Valley is a lush mountain retreat nestled in the High Atlas foothills, known for its dramatic landscapes, cascading waterfalls, and traditional Berber villages. This picturesque valley offers an authentic glimpse into rural Moroccan life.

    • Berber home visit: Enter a traditional mountainside home to learn about Berber architecture, daily life, and customs while enjoying Moroccan mint tea with a local family.

    • Argan oil cooperative: Visit a women's cooperative to witness the traditional hand-grinding process of extracting argan oil and learn about its culinary and cosmetic uses.

    • Riverside lunch (if selected): Savor authentic Moroccan tagine or couscous at a scenic restaurant beside the Ourika River, surrounded by mountain vistas.

    Jardin Majorelle

Jardin Majorelle is a celebrated botanical garden in Marrakesh, renowned for its striking cobalt blue accents and tranquil pathways. Created by French painter Jacques Majorelle in the 1920s and later restored by Yves Saint Laurent, it offers a peaceful retreat from the city's bustle.

    Features

    • Botanical collections: Wander among exotic plants from five continents, including rare cacti, towering bamboo groves, palms, and water lilies thoughtfully arranged throughout the 2.3-acre garden.

    • Distinctive architecture: Admire the vivid Majorelle Blue Art Deco villa and studio, a landmark of the garden's unique artistic vision and bold color palette.

    • Reflective pools: Pause by serene water features, lily-covered ponds, and bubbling fountains that enhance the garden's calming atmosphere and provide perfect photo opportunities.
