The guide was phenomenal- he brought polish history of old and new to life. Still stunned by his knowledge and passion.It gave us total respect for polish people of all eras. He was able to convey the importance of the historical events documented in the exhibition to the context of current events in Central Europe. We could have spent more time talking to him as he had a deep knowledge and unique perspective.

It allowed learning about the city of Krakow during WWII and then the impact on the Jewish citizens. I would highly recommend this tour as it was so informative and answered many of the questions I had.

Brilliant tour and tour guide! Monica did a fantastic job of showing us the main things at the factory and at The Jewish ghetto. Definitely recommend this and a guide is even better to get the full experience if you have little time. Would recommend doing this if you visit krakow.

I really enjoyed the tour of the Schindler factory; it was very well organized and well-documented. Unfortunately, since we were with a guide and had a tight schedule, we didn’t have time to take our time looking at all the exhibits. Still, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!

Martylda gave us a private tour of the museum and explained a great deal of background information and facts to us in a very interesting and engaging way. She was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, spoke excellent German, and radiated warmth. Given that all written explanations (with the exception of German posters) are in Polish and English, we were especially glad we chose this tour. We might not have grasped many of the connections, even given the museum’s impressive design. The museum itself is definitely worth a visit. Dear Matylda, we give you 5 stars.

Great tour—although the guide had quite a strong Polish accent, he was extremely friendly. An intriguing museum with clear explanations of Krakow’s situation during the war and a realistic look at the history of Oskar Schindler, which, of course, was quite romanticized in the film of the same name. All in all, an educational and impressive experience.
