The guide David was very knowledgeable and made the tour interesting, he made the tour flow and gave us opportunities of seeing the museum at its finest and didnt rush us before seeing the section he ws tslking about. David also gave us time to ask questions if we wanted too. David gave us an insight and emotion of what the Jewish people and Krakow people wrnt through when the occupation of the Germans took them. It was also interesting to find out what Osker Shindler did to help the Jewish workers escape and how he supported them during and after with his wife. Also it was nice that the museum had original artifacts also to bring the story alive with David. It was also interesting to what tje Krakow and Polish people were doing and how hard it was for them during the occupation. I would definitely recommend this tour skd David as a guided tour person .

Our visit was made all the more poignant and meaningful by our absolutely amazing guide. Although I can’t recall her name, I will be adding the date and time of our tour so that she can hopefully be identified. Her passion for the subject was evident throughout, and her incredible knowledge brought the history to life in a way that was both deeply moving and thought-provoking. She explained everything with such care and sensitivity, helping us gain a much deeper understanding of the events and the people whose lives were affected. It was an incredibly emotional experience, and her guidance made it all the more powerful and memorable. We are so grateful to her for sharing her knowledge and passion with us. There was a lot of information to take on board so we're very pleased to have had a guided tour. This way felt more manageable to take in the information. However, due to the size of the group, and number of groups going around at one time, there wasn't much time to stop and reflect on what we had been told, or to properly look at photographs or items as we headed off to the next part. All in all though, we felt we got great value from our guide and we would recommend. The booking process and communication was simple and easy too. Thank you.

Genuinely interesting tour at such an iconic location. Joining up with the tour was easy and efficient. We had Thomas as a guide and he was both passionate and informative. He spoke in great detail about the occupation of Krakow and used stories from his own family that really bought the story to life. Most of the tour is about the occupation with the last 15 minutes about Schindler and the role he played. Easily the best tour guide we had during our stay in krakow and highly recommended.

An extremely informative museum that covered much, much more than Schindler. It presented a careful picture of ordinary Krakow life before and during Nazi occupation and how anti-Semitism progressed. The guide was excellent, and the collection was very well-annotated. I had been on the fence about whether to go on this tour; if I had known how good it was, I would never have hesitated.

We had a wonderful guide who related a terrific narrative history of Jewish population in Krakow up to end of WWII. Of note: although the tour takes place in an excellent interactive museum occupying his factory, Schindler's role in saving his Jewish workers and others took up only the last 15-20 minutes of the tour.

Very knowledgeable guide. Learnt so much about Krakow during WW2 as well as about Schindler. Slightly confusing entry system - we didn't know what to do on arrival. A sign for where to wait for guided tours would be useful.

The guide was super friendly and accompanied us throughout the entire tour of the museum, also sharing her own experience and perspective as a Polish person. That made the visit much more personal, moving, and interesting. As an area for improvement, I expected the tour to be more focused on Oskar Schindler's factory, his role during the war, what happened to his workers, and the actions he took to protect them. However, at least during our visit, the museum places much more emphasis on the general context of World War II and the events that took place in Krakow during that period. Overall, it was a very interesting visit and, thanks to the guide and her explanations, also very emotional. I simply think it's important to keep in mind that the museum's focus is broader than just the story of Schindler and his factory.
