The guided tour of Oskar Schindler's factory was very good. The presentation of Jewish history in Krakow was very well done by the exhibition guide. It was all very informative, but the subject matter was also depressing at times. The exhibition is very well designed, so that you feel as if you have been transported back to those terrible times. The exhibition guide also made a very good reference to the movie "Schindler's List". We visited the exhibition with our grandson (14) and can recommend it to others. We didn't like the size of the group, as we were sometimes 1-2 rooms behind the room currently explaining the exhibition. The group size should be reduced a little.

I really enjoyed the factory tour however there were so many things that she could've pointed out outside of everything on the walls. Basically we got a tour of this place with discussions of all the pictures and comments about the pictures on the walls. There was so much more in this museum that we missed because we didn't realize that we were only gonna be talking About the walls and pictures. The Guide, however, was very knowledgeable and she was very kind however, I probably would not recommend this Tour if you're on time constraints because you miss a lot of the artifacts and things in the museum that I'm sure are very interesting. However, she did not discuss any of that

Seamless entry to the museum. Whilst we enjoyed it it was very stuffy in the building- needs to be ventilated. Lots of war time history. We knew there would not be any elements of the factory floor to see on the tour but others may not be aware of that fact. Lots to look at and read as we went around but no time allotted to take in these displays whilst listening to our guide and then being moved on. Book shop tiny and coffee/ snack area and toilet facilities the same- far too small for the volume of people who visit. Overall enjoyed the content of the museum very much, just wished there was more time to linger and absorb the displays.

The Oskar Schindler Museum in Krakow is an extraordinarily moving and essential experience for any visitor. It masterfully chronicles the horrific process endured by Polish Jewry, from initial isolation and confiscation of property to the ultimate tragedy in the gas chambers. The exhibition achieves this with a remarkable level of accuracy and authenticity, truly recreating the historical experience for the modern visitor. Excellent use of immersive elements, such as the replica ghetto wall and textured flooring, powerfully brings the dark past to life. The simulation of a railway station platform is particularly haunting, placing visitors directly into a moment of devastating uncertainty. Through superb curatorial choices and impactful staging, the museum tells a story that is both informative and deeply emotional. The use of original artifacts, photographs, and personal testimonies provides an authentic and reliable account of wartime Krakow. Visitors gain a profound understanding not just of the war, but of the immense moral courage displayed by a few. The story of Oskar Schindler, the "Righteous Among the Nations," is rightly highlighted as a beacon of hope against a backdrop of unimaginable darkness. His enduring place in the memory of humanity as a savior of lives is a central, powerful takeaway. This museum is a poignant tribute to both the victims and the extraordinary individuals who stood against evil. We left the museum with a lasting impression of the resilience of the human spirit.

An incredibly intense and formative experience due to all the exhibits (some not so easy to digest mentally, as a small warning), which brought us all closer to the story of Oskar Schindler in more detail, as well as being very impressive and deeply moving. We had a German-speaking tour guide. A very friendly lady who explained everything excellently. After about 1.5 hours we were through with the tour as announced. Unfortunately, very little of the factory itself is still in its original condition. Nevertheless, I can recommend it to anyone who wants to take a closer look at the history.

Great tour, awesome museum. Organization was a little off -- it was confusing who we were supposed to meet and then it took 20-30 mins to get everyone in order and into the exhibit. The museum is not that big, so sometimes it feels awkward being in a large tour group because other visitors are unable to get past or really see the exhibits. Would recommend doing a guided tour just so you see everything, because I'm not sure you would given how crowded all the guided tours make the place.

Very well organized despite the large number of visitors. Excellent exhibits. I loved going through the time line of history, both figuratively and actually. The ghetto walk was impressive. But the lastroom in grey with moving boulders was extremely memorable for me, showing the passivity of the world at their condoning/ignoring/uncaring of the Nazi regime to 'deal with' thr Jewish 'problem'. I will never forget the plight of my fellow men and women, and will NEVER forgive.
