As Germans, we took this tour of the Schindler Factory, though we went in with different expectations. We thought it would focus more on Oskar Schindler and the factory, but it turned out to be a truly impressive tour of Krakow and its history between 1939 and 1945. The tour guide was very empathetic and explained everything with great interest, taking into account who was on the tour. The scheduled 1.5 hours weren’t enough, but that wasn’t a problem.

I enjoyed the entire tour, but especially appreciated hearing personal stories and learning more about Schindler and others who helped save Jews from the camps. My tour guide, Joanna, was fantastic. She was personable and made sure everyone in the group was included. She even told some stories about her grandparents during the war. Her walking tour of the Jewish ghetto was excellent. She went above and beyond!

Dawid was a well informed guide who presented so much information with great skill! He was very patient and made himself constantly available for questions. So much of the history of what happened in 1939-1945 was discussed. Enjoyed seeing Schlinders desk! Very well done museum. I did not know that the wall resembled tombstones

We had the pleasure of having Chiara guide us on this tour. She provided us with accurate information about the historical events, recounted with such passion and feeling that it allowed us to relive them as if they were happening right now. Thank you—it was a truly wonderful experience.

I loved the tour! The tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable while also showing deep respect for the history and those persecuted during that time! I always rate tour by how much I learned and I am almost certain that I learned a lot. 10/10.

Our guide arrived on time but with no clear sign where we were supposed to meet it was a little worrying. She turned out to be great and very informative. The museum itself focuses on the terrible treatment Jews received in the war as much as it does on Oscar Schindler which was really interesting but not exactly what we expected. This was nothing to do with our guide obviously who was excellent as I said.
