Universal Studios Japan: 8-Hour VIP Tour (Priority Access) with Dedicated Guide

What to bring

• E-voucher: Show the QR codes from your purchase confirmation or purchase history at the Studio Tour Reception.

• Pre-tour questionnaire: Complete the questionnaire in your confirmation email at least 10 days before your tour.

• Arrival time: Reach the special tour entrance at least 30 minutes before your scheduled start time.

What’s not allowed

• Ticket resale: Reselling tickets is strictly prohibited, and resold tickets cannot be used.

• Non-participants: Tour benefits are only for tour participants; accompanying non-participants are not permitted.

• Corporate bookings: Ticket purchases are limited to individual customers and cannot be made by corporate customers.

• Prohibited items: Items that cannot be brought into the park cannot be stored during the tour.

Accessibility

• Height restrictions: Height and other attraction requirements may prevent access to some attractions.

• Health conditions: Certain heart, blood pressure, back, neck, waist, spine, pregnancy, motion sickness, dizziness, or height-related conditions may restrict access.

• Riding requirements: Guests must maintain the correct riding posture and fit safely in the seat and safety bar.

• Child Switch: Use Child Switch if a child cannot experience an attraction due to height restrictions or other limitations.

Additional information

• Park admission: A separate Universal Studios Japan admission ticket is required for entry.

• Special entrance: Tour participants can use the special entrance when the park opens after checking in first.

• Check-in: Show your QR codes to a crew member at the Studio Tour Reception before the tour.

• Tour duration: The private guided tour lasts 8 hours and is conducted in English.

• Priority access: Priority access for Waterworld, Ollivanders™, and Universal Monsters Live Rock and Roll Show is available only when your dedicated guide is present.

• Excluded attractions: Some paid shows and attractions are excluded. Ask your dedicated guide about them on the day.

• Photo access: Donkey Kong Photo Opportunity and outdoor character greetings are not eligible for priority access.

• Nintendo activities: Power-Up Band Key Challenges and Play Experiences in Super Nintendo World™ do not receive priority access.

• Meal location: Meals are available only at Luminant, the VIP-exclusive restaurant, and meal costs are included.

• Meal timing: Lunch is included within the tour time for 90 minutes, with restaurant timing set by your guide.

• Dietary needs: Check the available low-allergen menu information in advance if required.

• Express passes: Express Passes provided as a tour benefit can be used before and after the tour.

• Group size: Groups of 5 to 10 people must pay an additional fee at the VIP Experience reception.

• Children: Children under elementary school age cannot participate alone and need a junior-high-school-aged guardian.

• Young children: Children under 3 years old do not require a ticket.

• Ticket quantity: Up to 4 tickets can be registered under the representative's name.

• Identity check: The person participating in the tour must purchase the ticket and may have their identity verified.

• Tour availability: Tickets are limited each day and may not be available on certain dates.

• Health screening: Participation may be refused for suspected infectious disease or poor health.

• Changes: Prices and tour benefits may change without notice.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
