Universal Studios Japan: 8-Hour VIP Tour (Priority Access) with English Guide

What to bring

• E-voucher: Show the QR code from your purchase confirmation or purchase history at the Studio Tour Reception.

• Identity verification: The person participating in the tour must purchase the ticket and may need to verify their identity.

• Pre-tour questionnaire: Complete the questionnaire in your confirmation email at least 10 days before the tour.

• Arrival time: Reach the special tour entrance at least 30 minutes before your tour starts.

What’s not allowed

• Resale: Ticket resale is prohibited, and resold tickets cannot be used at the park.

• Non-participants: Tour benefits are only for tour participants; accompanying non-participants are not permitted.

• Attraction restrictions: Some paid shows and attractions are excluded from priority access.

• SUPER NINTENDO WORLD™ activities: Power-Up Band Key Challenges and Play Experiences do not receive priority access.

• Photo opportunities: Donkey Kong Photo Opportunity and outdoor character greetings do not receive priority access.

• Corporate bookings: Ticket purchases are limited to individual customers and cannot be made by corporate customers.

Accessibility

• Attraction requirements: Some attractions may restrict access based on height or other usage criteria.

• Health conditions: Certain heart, blood pressure, back, neck, spine, pregnancy, motion sickness, dizziness, or height-related conditions may restrict access.

• Riding posture: Guests must be able to maintain the required riding posture and secure themselves safely.

• Alternative arrangements: No refund or alternative date is provided if an attraction cannot be used due to restrictions.

• Child Switch: Use the Child Switch service if a child cannot experience an attraction due to height restrictions.

• Park admission: A separate Universal Studios Japan admission ticket is required for entry.

• Tour duration: The private guided tour lasts 8 hours and is conducted in English.

• Special entrance: Tour participants can enter through the dedicated entrance when the park opens after checking in first.

• VIP dining: Meal costs are included at Luminant, the VIP-exclusive restaurant, during the tour.

• Lunch timing: Lunch is included within the 90-minute tour allocation, with timing set by your guide.

• Group size: Groups of 5 to 10 people must pay an additional fee at the VIP Experience reception.

• Children: Children under elementary school age cannot participate alone and need a junior-high-school-aged guardian.

• Tour benefits: Express passes may be used before and after the tour; benefits apply only to tour participants.

• Parking: Free parking is provided for one vehicle.

• Luggage storage: Luggage storage is available during the tour, except for prohibited park items.

• Availability: Tickets are limited each day and may not be available on every date.

• Changes: Prices and tour benefits may change without notice.
