Easy ticketing process! Customer service was great! I booked the wrong date and was concerned that I would not be able to change it. It emailed them and They answered my inquiry right away. Everything was very smooth and organized!

It was my daughter's dream and she really enjoyed it! On the other hand, it was a bit confusing at the entrance. The queues didn't indicate anything in detail. You should mention that we only had to go through security and enter to have our headout ticket scanned.

Easy booking no problem But on your site you can't book the audio guide This rental is the only power of the Opera Garnier So add 8 euros per person for. Audio guide is like a racket. So if you want to visit a museum with an audio guide, I won't use your services again. Sincerely
