Discover Catania through its most authentic flavors. We will take you to the vibrant heart of the city, among historic markets, charming streets in the old town, and places visited every day by locals. We will walk together through market stalls and the aromas of street food, exploring a gastronomy rich in history and centuries-old traditions.

Each dish tells the story of different cultures that, over time, have made Sicily a truly unique land. During the tour we will visit the two most important markets in Catania’s historic center, where you will taste some of the iconic specialties of our “tavola calda”, such as the arancino and the cipollina, along with high-quality olives prepared according to Sicilian tradition.
We will also discover the aromas of grilled specialties and typical fried seafood, such as sarde a beccafico. We will stop at one of the city’s characteristic drink kiosks to try one of the beverages most loved by locals: the famous seltz limone e sale, fresh and refreshing.

The tour will end with a sweet immersion into Sicilian pastry traditions, including granita, cannoli, and minnuzze di Sant’Agata, symbols of the city and of the different cultures that over time have shaped our gastronomic history.
