Headout has been recognized with two major awards at the 2025 Top Client Appreciation Night hosted by Mandai Wildlife Group Singapore — a proud moment that reflects our growing impact in the region and the strength of our collaboration with one of Asia’s most respected conservation and wildlife organizations.

We were recognized with two prestigious awards for both performance and innovation:

  1. The Top 10 Performance for 2024 award, which highlights our significant contribution to Mandai's growth through outstanding guest engagement,

  2. The Most Innovative OTA award, which acknowledges the creative approaches we've introduced to the partnership, elevating traveler experience.

This recognition is the result of months of cross-functional work, powered by operational precision, traveler-first thinking, and an incredible partner relationship built on trust, feedback, and shared ambition.
