I had a combined ticket mentioning things that weren't included or posssible at the venue : for example complimentary drinks at the cathedral or access to the balcony/terrace that was closed and not accessible for the public...Marcus

Todo perfecto, una experiencia muy satisfactoria y muy sencilla con tantas comodidades
A formidable symbol of Lisbon’s resilience, the Rua Augusta Arch pays a stunning tribute to the city. The highest viewpoint on this building is a must-see, offering panoramic views all the way downtown. The emblematic Terreiro do Paço square, historic Baixa area, Sé Cathedral, and the River Tagus are some of the iconic spots visible from the top of the building.
On the upper level you can see the highest statues by Célestin Anatole Calmels - of “Glory” crowning “Genius” and “Valour”. Below these are the statues by Vítor Bastos depicting the historical figures of Viriatus, Vasco da Gama, the Marquis of Pombal and Nuno Álvares Pereira.
One of the most recognizable features of this monument is the grand clock set in dazzling filigree. Behind it lies the Clock Room (Sala do Relógio), where visitors can discover the long history of this Arch, from the moment construction work began after the devastating 1755 earthquakes, till completion in 1875.
