The tour was wonderful, even though visibility of the mountain was poor because of the heavy cloud cover. Our guide, Diffany, was very kind and kept us entertained. We’d like to give her a special thank you because our trip took place on a Japanese holiday and there was a lot of traffic, but despite this, she made sure we saw everything—even though some travelers in our group, particularly one couple, were always running late and nearly caused us to miss some sights. It was a wonderful day, and we had a great time.

This tour was hands-down the highlight of my solo trip to Japan. We set off from Shinjuku in heavy rain, and at first it seemed like we might not see much of anything. But then, almost like magic, the weather cleared up and we got a stunningly clear view of Mount Fuji. The tour itself was well organized, and both the driver and the tour guide did a fantastic job. I'd highly recommend this to anyone in Tokyo looking for a great day trip. Also, don't be afraid to try new foods. This is an amazing trip for foodies!

The tour was an amazing experience. We had plenty of time to explore and enjoy each of the places we visited without feeling rushed. Our tour guide was incredibly enthusiastic, informative, and knowledgeable about the history and the different areas we visited. My favorite part was Lake Kawaguchi, with Mount Fuji behind us was breathtaking. It was a wonderful introduction to Japan and an experience I will definitely remember. I would highly recommend this tour!

Our tour guide was Hethaway (San Sun) and she was very nice, knowledgeable and patient; aldo very well mannered under pressure and unexpected conditions. Our bus had a technical issue and we have waited for 2 hrs by the motorway for another bus to come and pick us up; however she never lost her positive attitude and smile. The issue is overcome bu her great effort and rest of the day was perfect. Including seeing the Mount Fuji on a day of rating 2 and under rain! Thank you very much for all your efforts hun, you were doing great!
