Our trip to Mount Fuji was truly unforgettable, and a big part of that experience was thanks to our incredible driver, WU. She was extremely capable, professional, and clearly very experienced, navigating the roads smoothly and safely throughout the entire day. What stood out the most was her dedication and care for us. She made sure we were comfortable at all times, kept the schedule perfectly on track, and was always attentive to our needs. Her calm and friendly attitude added so much to the overall experience, making the journey just as enjoyable as the destination itself. Mount Fuji is, of course, breathtaking, but having someone so reliable and thoughtful taking care of all the logistics allowed us to fully relax and enjoy every moment. We are very grateful for her effort and would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Japan.

I recently joined a day tour from Tokyo to Mount Fuji. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t on our side—it was rainy and we couldn’t see much of Mount Fuji. However, our tour guide, Linda, truly made a difference. She was very positive, attentive, and professional throughout the trip, and always ready to help whenever needed. Great job, Linda! This was my first time booking a tour package through this platform. Overall, the experience was good. One small downside was the response time in the app—while AI handled common questions quickly, more specific inquiries took a bit longer to get a reply from a staff member. Despite the weather, it was still a worthwhile experience.

The tour to see Mount Fuji was amazing! Choosing a tour with a guide and a specialized company made all the difference and was much better than I expected! We went on the bus with the guide Yuma, who was very helpful and gave all the instructions calmly and patiently, even to those who had some difficulty with the English language. Of the three stops to enjoy the view of the mountain, my favorite was Chureito Pagoda! The staircase with almost 400 steps is tiring, but the view from the top is worth it!
