The tour was fantastic. I enjoyed very much. Out guide Agnes really went beyond the call of duty to make sure we were all enjoying the tour. It helped that the weather was perfect so we had perfect views of Mount Fuji from morning onwards. Not clouds. She pointer everything clearly. Out driver was very good as well.

I recently joined a day tour from Tokyo to Mount Fuji. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t on our side—it was rainy and we couldn’t see much of Mount Fuji. However, our tour guide, Linda, truly made a difference. She was very positive, attentive, and professional throughout the trip, and always ready to help whenever needed. Great job, Linda! This was my first time booking a tour package through this platform. Overall, the experience was good. One small downside was the response time in the app—while AI handled common questions quickly, more specific inquiries took a bit longer to get a reply from a staff member. Despite the weather, it was still a worthwhile experience.

The tour guide was extremely friendly, and her cheerful personality made the whole experience a lot of fun. The spots we visited were also great for seeing Mt. Fuji and taking photos. The spots themselves were beautiful to look at. Of course, you have to make sure you catch really good weather, and we were lucky enough to do just that. Here are a few pictures from our tour. Initially I thought I wouldn't be able to see Mt. Fuji due to the weather, but I was thankfully able to! Our guide Leonard was flexible in the order of which stops to see, saving the best stops for last when the visibility was best. Leonard was very helpful messaging times and meet up locations so we didn't get lost. I would definitely recommend this tour.

We did not get to see Mt. Fuji due to the weather. The tour was great, our guide Sun Sun was a pleasure. She made it more enjoyable. We will have to try and see Mt. Fuji and hopefully the weather will cooperate. See you next time Sun Sun!!

At Arakurayama Sengen Park, the climb to Chureito Pagoda involves over 400 steep steps — use the handrails, take rest breaks, wear comfortable shoes with good grip, and watch your footing, especially in wet or crowded conditions.
