It was very gratifying to see how such a spectacular and dynamic place offers such meticulous care to all the species preserved there, providing adequate and large spaces for each animal, they look very well cared for. And as for the general visit is wonderful because you have dynamics, activities and give you the freedom to observe all the animals with respect. Amazing place! Very beautiful and entertainable! A must for your next visit to Abu Dhabi. Very educational to learn about all the conservation projects and all the information of each sea creature! Wondering what you get to see? Be mesmerized as you walk through the largest tunnel in the Middle East and admire the ecosystem from the rainforest habitat to the coral reef. The National Aquarium is home to hammerhead sharks and bull sharks and it is the only place you will find them in the whole of UAE. You will also be able to see what is considered the biggest known living snake in the world: Super Snake - a seven-meter reticulated python. The aquarium provides live experiences, community engagement, and preservation of the local biodiversity.

Getting There

By bus

The closest bus stop is Khaleej Al Arabi St / Bus Interchange. It is a quick 4-minute walk to the attraction.

Board buses #21, #22, #101, and more to get you there.

It takes less than 30 minutes to reach Al Qana from Downtown Abu Dhabi. If you’re coming by bus, take route #56 which passes through the Al Maqta region.
