Sep 20255/5Went with my girlfriend and we got there early—def pays off. Hardly any crowds at 9am, and the light made the Lion Gate look LEGENDARY. Museum was a bit packed later but worth squeezing through, so many gold bits and old pottery. Our guide was so into it, told these wild stories about Agamemnon (hope I spelled that right lol). The ruins are more spread out than I thought, wear real shoes cause wow, that gravel is sneaky. We thought about skipping the tombs but glad we didn’t—the Treasury of Atreus was sooo coool, echo-y inside. Take water, lots of steps if ur not into climbing.
