Went to the opening night not knowing what to expect and was really surprised how fabulous it all was. Each actor was perfectly cast, the music great, the story line easy to follow and the back drop scenery was a huge thrill to experience. Also to experience a little Swan Lake ballet was a wonderful bonus. Loved it so much that I took a couple of friends with me on last Wednesday and absorbed a little more of the story and characters . Wonder if I can squeeze in another visit before it closes? Way too soon I may add!

The performers were outstanding. The costumes and sets were all beautiful. It was such a delight to watch some of Australia's best iconic musical theatre stars joyfully singing, dancing and acting up a storm. Don't miss this amazing production of Anastasia.

A fabulous show, great singing, costumes, acting, fantastic backdrop effects, wonderful music accompaniment, all brilliantly put together in a moving story (even if historically inaccurate, it is the story we would like to believe ) love the muck box song.

An amazing evening; Anastasia was one of the best musicals that I've seen, the cast's voices were incredible. Having just missed out on seeing it in Melbourne I was excited to see it available whilst I was visiting Perth.

The sets were unbelievable. Never have we seen such detail. The train journey was especially memorable. The costumes were remarkable. The voices; the music; the whoile atmosphere was just wonderful.

The Story

Set in the shadow of the Russian Revolution, Anastasia follows Anya, a young woman with no memory of her past. When two conmen discover her resemblance to the missing Grand Duchess, they convince her to join a plan to pose as royalty and claim a reward. Hoping the journey might reveal the truth about who she really is, Anya travels across Europe, from the streets of St. Petersburg to the elegance of 1920s Paris. Could she truly be the lost princess?

The show was fantastic. Seating, sound, view all exceptional. Great theatre with food and entertainment before and after the show. Parking and transport options are also terrific. Ticketing needs attention. Please include which door/entrance to use as it showed down access to the theatre not knowing where to go. We had to find an usher to help us out. Cheers.
