Ordering was easy. Exchanging the voucher was also relatively simple. Where there is definitely room for improvement: reserving time slots at some attractions is only possible with the Lisboa Card serial number. However, you only get this upon exchanging the voucher. By then, available time slots are almost impossible to book. We had the 72-hour card and would only have been able to book time slots starting from the fourth day. So unfortunately, we couldn't see everything. But overall, the card is definitely worth it.

Easy to purchase the Lisboa Card, even simpler to use. Just tap in on the mode of transport you're using and on you get. It was also good for getting into attractions free, or the Catherdal with discount. Would definitely recommend if you plan on visiting lots of places when in Lisbon.

Ordering the tickets online and picking them up (Centro Interpretativo da História do Bacalhau, Praça do Comércio) was quick and easy. We had no problems with the Lisboa Card at any attractions or on local transport/trains to Cascais.
