Our guide Lee was excellent and professional. We felt very comfortable in his care during our trip. Lee also was very responsive with keeping in touch with us through text throughout the trip. We had a rude encounter with a Gogoday representative while looking for Lee. When asked what her name was, she rudely replied that I don't need to know her name and just look at her sheet for my name on her list. There was english and foreign language on the list which did not make it easy to read. When asked politely for her name again to see if it was Lee, she yelled 'You don't need to know my name! It would make it easier if all representatives wear name tags for identification. We waited 45 minutes in the car while in line to Owakudani which we didn't anticipate. This experience was tiring. We did love the onsen, but there were too many people at one time which lessened the experience. The information provided was very clear which allowed us to find the meeting point on time. I would recommend this tour, but will caution future attendees about the waiting time to Owakudani. Thank you

The package schedule and time given for each stopping point are good enough for me to explore the places. My guide Danny Tian is very helpful and he make sure everyone knows the meeting point and given me a text message whether I am ok or lost my ways. And values for money. But on the way back to Tokyo
