We spent 12 and a half hours on a bus with maybe 2 and a half hours total at actual venues and destinations. The traffic wasn't the fault of Headout tours, but because we were behind schedule, every stop was rushed, and then we randomly pulled over at a bus depot for over half an hour. Nothing that was happening was communicated to us, and when we questioned our tour guide it was obvious he was lying to us about what was happening. We returned to our pick up location 4 hours late. Saying that the tour guide spoke English was also misleading as it was clear he had difficulty understanding us, and didn't provide any insightful information about the locations other than instructions of when to get on and off the bus. 12 and a half hours of sitting and waiting for 2 and a half hours of exploration easily makes this the most disappointing tour I've ever been on.

1:20pm: 1 hour at Arakurayama Sengen Park (Dec 1 to Apr 25) or Mount Fuji Fifth Station (Apr 26 to Nov 30)
2:50pm: 70 mins at Lake Yamanaka | Attractions to visit: BENIFUJINOYU (Hot spring with a view of Mt.Fuji) or Fujiyama Onsen (Hot Spring with a view of Mt.Fuji in the anteroom)
4pm: Return to Tokyo

Each participant can carry 1 small handbag/backpack. If you need to carry suitcases or large luggage, please make a note when booking.
Participants aged 70 and older will need to provide a health certificate (an electronic version is fine) to show they are healthy enough to participate.
The itinerary schedule may be adjusted according to weather, road conditions, and other reasons.
Due to weather reasons, we will only go to Mount Fuji 5th station during the itinerary from April 26 to September 30. At other times, we will go to Arakurayama Sengen Park.
