Our trip to Mount Fuji was truly unforgettable, and a big part of that experience was thanks to our incredible driver, WU. She was extremely capable, professional, and clearly very experienced, navigating the roads smoothly and safely throughout the entire day. What stood out the most was her dedication and care for us. She made sure we were comfortable at all times, kept the schedule perfectly on track, and was always attentive to our needs. Her calm and friendly attitude added so much to the overall experience, making the journey just as enjoyable as the destination itself. Mount Fuji is, of course, breathtaking, but having someone so reliable and thoughtful taking care of all the logistics allowed us to fully relax and enjoy every moment. We are very grateful for her effort and would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Japan.

The tour was well organized and on time. The tour guide, Sia is knowledgeable and speaks fluent English that made it easier for everyone since the tourists understood mostly English. We were disappoined that it rained that day and could not see Mt. Fuji but we visited several unique places so it was well worth it.

The tour was amazing, I liked how the tour guide let us walk wherever we wanted instead of just following him arround, but he would still offer to show us around if we wanted to. The only reason I gave this tour 4 stars is because we were put on an old bus that was shaking really bad.
