The 'tour guide' did not introduce themselves properly, spoke very little English and were essentially just our driver for the day. The 'tour guide' was not holding yellow flag at the meetup spot as indicated in pre-email. The 'tour guide' was speeding 30-40 km above the speed limit and also texting/using their phone while driving There was little to no communication about destinations we were headed to or surrounding scenery from the 'tour guide'. The only good thing about the tour was that we were able to get pictures of Mt Fuji. Buyer beware, this is a budget tour for a reason. No frills included!
